How does sizing run?
Our pieces are made to order, with the option of picking a size or opting for custom measurements available for a more precise fit. Once your order is placed, we’ll use the measurements provided to create your piece. If you’re unsure about your measurements or size, our team is happy to assist.
When will my order arrive?
Orders need a minimum of 7 business days to process. Delivery time varies depending on your location and shipping method selected at checkout. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information to follow its progress.
What if it doesn't work out?
All made to order purchases are final. If you receive the wrong item or your piece has a verified manufacturing fault, please contact us within 5 working days of delivery with photo proof so we can assist with the appropriate resolution.
